COVID-19 Impact Statement: In Response to COVID-19, Candle Divas Candles is continuing operations using strict standards to produce clean, quality products while adhering to CDC guidelines to protect ourselves while serving our customers. We are working from home and visitors are restricted. We clean any items that are delivered to us or that we bring in.
You can continue ordering our premium Soy Candles and Gift products from our site with no processing or shipping delays. We are seeing a slight delay in supplies but will update if it becomes an issue. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact us.
In-Stock merchandise will usually ship within 1 to 16 business days from the date of order (business days are considered Monday-Friday). Our lead times may vary depending on the season or approaching a holiday or sale.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time. All Sales are final.
If you receive your order damaged or defected, please contact customer service within 3 days of the order delivery receipt. If your items seem to be defective, contact us within 3 days of order delivery!

We will need the order number, pictures of the product, pictures of the boxes the product was received in, as well as a picture of the packing slip. Once we receive this information we will file a claim with the shipping company and send out the replacement item.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We ship in the USA.
Flat Rate Shipping of $8.99, some areas are higher, depending on your shipping location.

How To Return An Item:

Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. No Exceptions!
If you contact us stating that you did not receive your order and the tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order, you will need to contact your local post office to find your missing mail that shows as being delivered. Please email us with any questions.

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time.
Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee is charged if an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Exchanges: No Exchanges offered at this time and returns are not accepted!
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, there will be a 20% Processing Fee to Cancel the Placed Order.
We will not refund the shipping cost. We can not cancel orders that have moved to the shipping status or shipped items.
You must email us in order to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and you must get a reply from us to confirm that the order was canceled. We Can not Cancel orders that have been moved into the shipping department or orders that have been shipped.
