Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Impact Statement:

In Response to COVID-19, Candle Divas Candles is continuing operations using strict standards to produce clean, quality products while adhering to CDC guidelines to protect ourselves while serving our customers. We are working from home and visitors are restricted. We clean any items that are delivered to us or that we bring in.

In-Stock merchandise will usually ship within 1 to 16 business days from the date of order (business days are considered Monday-Friday).

Our lead times may vary depending on the season or approaching a holiday or sale. We do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time. All Sales are final.

Damaged Items:

If your order is damaged, contact us within 3 days of order delivery! We will need the order number, pictures of the product, pictures of the boxes the product was shipped in. Once we receive this information we will file a claim with USPS and send out the replacement item.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. If you contact us stating that you did not receive your order and the tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order, you will need to contact your local post office to find your missing mail that shows as being delivered. Please email us with any questions.

Shipping Rates
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We ship in the USA.

Flat Rate Shipping of $8.99, some areas are higher, depending on your shipping location. Free Shipping starts at $300

How To Return An Item:

We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If you receive your order damaged or seems defective, contact us.

Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. No Exceptions!

Summer Heat & Winter Shipping

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time. If the weather is cold, please let the boxes warm up before opening.
